THE IDEA
The first in a series of new Express stores for Barbeques Galore and the first in a Westfield shopping centre. We’ve turned the traditional store format on its head here with the accessories, sauces and rubs front and centre of the store, and a cooking demo area in the middle. This leaves room on the wall to create meaningful brand stories around the stars of the show, the barbecues. A classic rock soundtrack completes the customer experience. At last something for the blokes in a shopping mall!
